Fire officials investigate fire at senior living home in Visalia
At least 10 people were forced to leave their homes after a fire broke out at Meadows Senior Cottages in Visalia.

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- At least 10 people were forced to leave their homes after a fire broke out at Meadows Senior Cottages in Visalia.

Several fire engines responded to the apartment complex to put out the flames. Meadows Senior Cottage management is looking to find temporary housing for the people who were forced to leave their homes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation -- no one was injured.

Fire crews estimated that the flames caused about $250,000 in damages.
