FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A popular pho restaurant reopened on Friday morning after being closed for over a month.

Pho 75 #2 closed its doors on January 18th. The owner said it was a lease agreement issue.

However, Gina Saiyasane, the manager, said the property and restaurant owner finally came to an agreement. The details of the agreement are not known. She explained they were going to open up last week but they needed to hire and train five new employees.

"Training took a little while," she said. "So we have new pho members".

Pho lovers and loyal customers were just happy to see the open sign.

"I'm just glad they are back open.I'm just happy they are open and that's it," said Jamaal Givens.

Givens said his wife's been waiting for the restaurant to reopen.

"Last week, it was supposed to open earlier,... she (his wife) was here knocking on the door," he said. "She came and it was closed".

Steven Hernandez, another customer, came in on Friday morning for some pho. He said he was disappointed to hear of the closure made sure to come for the reopening.

"I've eaten at other places but this is my favorite. When I found out they were closing I was like 'Wow what am I going to do now'," He said.

Hernandez also wanted to grab his son a shirt because the restaurant was giving away t-shirts that said "I'm Pho-ing back".

The manager added during the time they were closed they took advantage of the downtime to do a few updates to the building.
