Road closures to impact Visalia drivers through mid-October

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Construction will begin to widen and improve the intersection of Goshen Avenue and Demaree Street in Visalia starting Monday.

The first phase will focus on shoulder and utility work.

Lane closures will be in effect Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m., to 4 p.m.

This phase is expected to last, through mid-October.
