FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Investigators say they know who killed a former North Fork Rancheria tribal council member.

Bonnie Hale, 76, was found dead on her front porch at her North Fork home Saturday. She lived off Road 225 near Casca Del Road and was found by her son.

Investigators aren't saying yet how she died but say Mary O'Keefe, 63, is responsible for her murder and arrested her.

It's unclear at this point if the two knew each other, but deputies believe they may have been fighting.

Hale served as the tribal council secretary from 2010 to 2014.
