FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An Amber Alert was canceled early Sunday morning after a 10-month-old boy was found safe in Visalia. He was allegedly abducted by his own father and the man's girlfriend in Hanford.

The child, Rudy Zamora Castro, is back home with his mom.

Hanford police credit the Amber Alert system as they had tips and immediate police assistance, which led them to a home in Visalia where they arrested the father's girlfriend, Vilma Garcia. She is facing kidnapping, burglary and child endangerment charges.

Authorities are still looking for the boy's father, 25-year-old Rudy Zamora. He is Hispanic, 5'6" tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts with a red stripe, black-and-red shoes and a black hat.

The suspect vehicle is described as a 1996 maroon Chevrolet Tahoe with California license plate 7FAS143, according to an emergency alert.
