Artist paints graffiti murals across Tulare Valley

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new type of art is showing up in the South Valley and it's thanks to a local artist who donates his time.

Twenty-seven-year-old AJ Gomez has painted murals around Orosi, Dinuba and Visalia. He says he wants to bring light to the newly accept graffiti art that often times comes with a stigma.

Gomez says murals can take about 4 to 20 hours to complete and only charges for materials.

You can see his work at Orosi High School, the Best Buy in Dinuba and the Miracle League in Visalia.
