Virginia assistant principal under fire for 'racist' tweet
An assistant principal at a high school in Virginia created controversy with a tweet.

Norfolk, Va. (KFSN) -- An assistant principal at a high school in Virginia created controversy with a tweet.

The woman posted a picture from a school dance that shows seven young African-American teen boys with seven Caucasian girls. The caption on the tweet reads, "Every white girl's father's worse nightmare Or Nah?"

Some students say the tweet was racist, and they have decided not to go to class until the school decides on a punishment for the assistant principal.

The NAACP says it has also launched an investigation into the administrator and is calling for her to be fired.
