Authorities investigate suspicious fire in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Investigators are looking into a suspicious overnight fire in Downtown Fresno.

The fire broke out around midnight at a vacant home on Ventura and G Street -- across from the Kerr Rug Company warehouse. Authorities say the home had no power and was boarded up making it difficult for them to put out the fire.

No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
