Bicyclist hit by a car in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are investigating a crash after a car hit a bicycle in Central Fresno.

The crash happened just after 11 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Fresno and Dakota. Police arrived moments after and the bicycle rider was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There's no word on if the driver will be cited.
