Charges filed in fatal Jet Ski crash at Bass Lake

FRESNO,Calif. (KFSN) -- Charges have been filed against the San Jose man involved in a fatal Jet Ski crash at Bass Lake. Phat Chau was charged with three counts, including a count of misdemeanor manslaughter.

The Madera County Sheriff's Department says speed was a factor in the crash that killed 13-year-old Davis Flores and critically injured his 16-year-old aunt. Chau has not been arrested and a date has not been set for his arraignment.
