Chukchansi tribal members meet as casino remains closed
Dozens of Chukchansi tribal members gathered Saturday in hopes of coming up with solutions to the conflict that has shut down their casino.

COARSEGOLD, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of Chukchansi tribal members gathered Saturday in hopes of coming up with solutions to the conflict that has shut down their casino.

The group held a meeting at the Coarsegold Historic Village. Leaders from two factions attended, but we're told they did not have enough voting members present to make any decisions. They may try again Sunday.

Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino has been shut down since October 10. A judge ordered the closure continue after an armed clash between two factions on the property.
