FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A jury found Craig Foster guilty of 2nd degree murder and attempted murder with a gun enhancement on Monday.

Foster shot and killed Janee Tatum in the head at the Crossroads bar in March of 2014. Herman Tatum, Janee's husband, was also shot, but survived the incident. The FBI caught up with Foster in Cleveland, Ohio several weeks after the killing.

Witnesses say Foster was making sexual advances at Janee Tatum. When Herman stepped in, Foster pulled a gun from his waistband and shot both victims at close range.

Police say Foster took off from the bar after the shooting. The manhunt led them out of Fresno, to Las Vegas, and finally to Cleveland where the FBI caught him at a relative's house.
