FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A car crashed into the Social Security Administration building in Visalia Saturday night, also causing a gas leak.

Police say two cars were speeding on Noble near Pinkham around 11:15 p.m., when one of them tried to make a right turn into a parking lot. Instead, it continued straight and severed a gas line before slamming into the building.

Crews removed the car and crimped the gas line to slow the leak. Then they dug up the line and shut off gas to the building.

No one was injured in the crash. Damage is estimated at around $5,000.
