Detectives in Tulare are investigating a homicide

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Tulare Police say someone spotted a man on the ground bleeding near Tulare Avenue and E Street around 4 p.m. Saturday.

The victim was unresponsive when emergency crews arrived. They tried to revive the man, but he died at the scene.

Police are still interviewing witnesses and have not yet released the cause of death.
