Detectives look for clues in West Central Fresno shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The incident happened around 3:15 Tuesday morning. A suspect somehow got into the victim's home at Crystal Avenue and Dudley Aveue and then shot him in the stomach with a shotgun.

The 42-year-old man is expected to survive. Police are still looking for the suspect. They are also trying to figure out if the victim knew the gunman.

Officers say they received a call about a disturbance at the home earlier in the day. It's unclear if that call has anything to do with the shooting.
