Driver crashes into Fresno garage

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A driver is recovering in the hospital after he ended up inside the garage of a home in East Central Fresno.

The incident happened shortly before 1 a.m. Thursday in the area of Fedora and Ezie. Authorities say the man somehow lost control of his truck, hit a parked car in a driveway, and went into the home's garage.

The driver suffered minor injuries and a vehicle inside the garage was damaged.

It's unclear what caused the crash but authorities say alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
