VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman accused of killing her ex-husband -- an Exeter police officer -- was in court on Monday.

Erika Sandoval, 28, is charged with first-degree murder after authorities say she killed Officer Daniel Green.

Sandoval mainly looked down during Monday's preliminary hearing setting. She only spoke when the judge asked her a question. The case was continued until April because the crime scene and autopsy reports were not finished.

Green was found dead in his Goshen home on Feb. 7.
