Fresno County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a questionable death in Riverdale

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Investigators were called to a home near Marks and Mt. Whitney for a family disturbance around 11 a.m. Saturday morning. The caller said his brother hit him with a shovel, then says that brother collapsed in the front yard of the home.

Officers found the man unresponsive holding the shovel in his hand and immediately transported him to the hospital where he later died.

No arrests have been made and an autopsy is being conducted to figure out exactly what happened.
