Fresno police arrest suspect in Fourth of July murder

A man wanted for murder has been booked into the Fresno County Jail.

Fresno police arrested Vance Sams, 38, around 5 p.m. Sunday. He's accused of killing Raymond Fisher, 45, on the Fourth of July.

The victim was found with gunshot wounds at a home on Teilman near Pontiac in Central Fresno. Investigators believe he had an ongoing dispute with the suspect.
