Fresno serial groping suspect arrested after groping woman on bike, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man arrested three months ago after being accused of groping women in Central Fresno and the Tower District, was arrested again Wednesday morning.

The picture posted above is the latest mug shot, taken today at the Fresno County jail.
Officers say the suspect groped a woman on her bike in the area of Shields and Maroa around 9:30 in the morning.
A few months earlier, another woman says she was attacked while returning movies to a Redbox in a busy Tower District parking lot.
Police believe Horn also grabbed two more victims he found walking or running down Van Ness.
Horn was jailed with one felony charge and two misdemeanor charges of sexual battery.
