KINGS COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Cal Fire personnel rescued an injured man from the Kings River on Saturday night. It happened near Maple Street and Excelsior Avenue in Kings County shortly after 11 p.m.
Authorities say the man, who is believed to be in his 20s, was riding a Jet Ski, when he hit a wall and fell over. Crews roped him up to get him to an ambulance. The man was later flown to a hospital for treatment. His condition was not immediately known.
The accident remains under investigation, but alcohol appears to have been a factor, according to Cal Fire.
