Man, 50, drowns at Skaggs Bridge Park in Fresno County
Authorities recovered the body of a drowning victim at Skaggs Bridge Park in Fresno County on Sunday.

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities recovered the body of a man who drowned at Skaggs Bridge Park in Fresno County on Sunday.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office first responded to the San Joaquin River near the park around 3 p.m. The department's helicopter, boating unit and dive team all searched the area, and eventually found the man underwater.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 50-year-old Humberto Flores from Fresno.

Deputies say this case is being treated as a tragic drowning with no criminal activity.
