Man arrested after police chase through Madera

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera Police released a video which, they say show Richard Castaneda Rodriguez throwing a sawed off shotgun out of the car while he ran from officers.

Police said Castaneda is on probation. He was arrested and the loaded shotgun was recovered.
