Man arrested in Hanford for flashing 2 women

HANFORD, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man was arrested for flashing two women in Hanford.

Police said, 22-year-old Johnny Silva-The-Second of Hanford flashed each woman at different locations. One at a Wal-Mart parking lot and the other at the Valley Family Health Center. They said he asked both women to come to his car then exposed himself.

The first woman reported him but did not want to press charges. The second woman is pressing charges.
