Man injured in Central Fresno stabbing

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The attack happened just before 6 a.m. inside the garage of a home on Calaveras Street and Voorman Avenue in Central Fresno.

The suspect reportedly broke in and stabbed the 62-year-old victim several times. The victim reportedly knew the suspect.

The victim was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

The motive behind the attack is still under investigation, but police say the stabbing is an isolated incident.
