FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are searching for a 19-year-old man who opened fire on a group of women in west central Fresno.

It happened around 12:30 in the area of McKinley and Cornelia. Police say four sisters decided to give the suspect an ex-boyfriend of one of the sisters a ride to a relatives house. When they dropped him off, investigators say the suspect got mad they were leaving and opened fire at the car when they drove off.

One of the sisters was hit in the right hip. She was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.

Police say they have identified the suspect and are currently looking to bring him into custody.
