FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The man blamed for a fiery collision that killed a mother and her daughter pled not guilty to manslaughter charges Monday morning.
Rafael Arce Pedroza was arrested hiding under a bed two weeks ago after the crash in Southeast Fresno.
The charges Pedroza is facing right now could lead to more than 20 years in prison, but prosecutors are also investigating whether he has a prior DUI conviction in San Diego. If he does, and he's convicted, Pedroza could face life in prison.
