Man shot dead overnight in Sanger

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A shooting in Sanger left a man dead Saturday.

Police said responded to the 1500 block of K street for reports of shots fired around midnight. When they arrived, 32-year-old John Rivera Munoz was found with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Sanger Police Chief said the victim was outside a home punching a punching bag when shots were fired.

There is no suspect information at this time as authorities conduct an investigation.
