Mother and child taken in Porterville found, police still searching for suspects

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- The search for a Porterville mom and her baby is over, but police are still looking for their captors.

An Amber Alert was issued Friday for Maria Palomares and her daughter Delayza Ceron. Police said they were forced into a white Chevy or GMC SUV around 2:00 p.m.

Two men who were also home at the time were assaulted and pistol whipped by the suspects.

Investigators said one of the suspects, Angel Villasenor, is in a romantic relationship with Palomares. The other kidnapper has been identified as Juan Martinez.

If you have seen either of these men you should call 911 right away. They should be considered armed and dangerous.
