New surveillance video shows the suspect, wearing black and gray pajama bottoms, with a cigarette in his mouth, breaking into the Surf Thru Car Wash in Central Fresno.

Investigators said he used a crowbar to get in and steal the cash drawer.

They said this is the same man captured on a different surveillance video stealing $9,000 in rent checks out of an apartment manager's office in Southeast Fresno.

Police believe he's also responsible for an attempted break-in at a Century 21 office.
