FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- One man is in police custody in Kerman after detectives found chemicals and materials needed to make methamphetamine in the back of his SUV.
Kerman police pulled over the jeep just before 11 p.m. Tuesday night. Detectives say the driver, 54-year-old John Rosenburger, ran a couple of stop signs. When Police pulled him over, they discovered that he was a parolee and sex offender.
During the search, officers discovered the chemicals in the back of the car, and environmental health was called out to assist and the chemicals were removed. Police also found several grams of the finished methamphetamine product in the car as well.
