FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman was seriously hurt Tuesday after a vehicle slammed into her in northwest Fresno, police say.
The crash happened at Shaw and Feland Avenues when police say the 19-year-old woman was distracted by an earlier crash and wandered into the street and was struck around 3 p.m.

Witnesses say the woman just got off the bus and was headed to her job at Texas Roadhouse when the crash happened.
The driver of the car stopped and is cooperating with investigators.
