Fresno Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire in Northeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire in Northeast Fresno near Donner Avenue and Bond Street. Three people have suffered smoke inhalation and one person had burns.

Firefighters said they responded to the call around 5:30 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived there was heavy smoke coming out of the garage and the front door. They said the fire was in the attic and in one of the bedrooms.

Three people were injured in the fire. One person suffered burns and smoke inhalation. That person was taken to Community Regional Medical Center. Two others also suffered smoke inhalation. They were treated and released on site.

Firefighters said they had the fire under control in 30 minutes.
