GOSHEN, Calif. (KFSN) -- Investigators say a man was carjacked on Highway 99 in Goshen. It happened early Sunday morning on the north side of the highway near Betty Drive.
The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says a man was driving a white Buick and pulled over to help two men walking on the 99. Investigators say the men got in the car, then pulled a weapon and demanded the driver pull over. The victim got out, and the suspects drove off in his car.
