Suspects in SoCal murder, kidnapping, found in Colorado
Investigators said 27-year-old Joshua Robertson, and 22-year-old Brittany Humphrey were arrested without incident in Pueblo, Colorado.

COLORADO (KFSN) -- Late Thursday afternoon, police in Colorado arrested a couple wanted for the kidnapping of three Fresno children and for questioning in the death of their mother.

Investigators said 27-year-old Joshua Robertson, and 22-year-old Brittany Humphrey were arrested without incident in Pueblo. Robertson's infant daughter, who was said to be traveling with them, was also found safe.

Just Wednesday, the three children of Kimberly Harvill were located safe at a motel in New Mexico. Deputies said Robertson and Humphrey took off with Harvill's children last week after possibly murdering the woman and leaving her body on the side of the road in Lebec in Southern California.

Humphrey is also Harvill's sister.

Investigators said Robertson has a lengthy criminal past and has been arrested for drugs and property crimes. At this point, there's no word on if or when the couple might be extradited back to California.
