Suspicious death investigated in Ivanhoe

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspicious death in the town of Ivanhoe.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m. Saturday, detectives responded to the area of Azalea Avenue and Road 158 after a woman was found dead. When they arrived, detectives interviewed her family members and neighbors.

Authorities say the woman was 30 years old. Her name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Investigators have not released any other details about this case, but they're hoping an autopsy will provide more information.
