Authorities said two teenagers have been arrested for shooting a man, killing him, then setting his Terra Bella apartment on fire.

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities said two teenagers have been arrested for shooting a man, killing him, then setting his Terra Bella apartment on fire.

Andres Tapia, 19, and Alfredo Ibarra, 18, have been arrested for homicide and arson. They will be formally charged at arraignments on Friday. Tapia was arrested after a search warrant was served on Tuesday. The sheriff's office sent out a "be on the lookout" for Ibarra. He was found and arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Wednesday.

Megan Rapozo with the Tulare County Sheriff's Office said, "Sheriff Boudreaux prides himself on the connections that we've made with other agencies and being able to reach out to them as well as them being able to reach out to us."

The crime happened early Tuesday morning. Emergency crews were called to an apartment fire in Terra Bella. Inside, they found Isaac Kates, 30, dead. An autopsy Thursday revealed he died of multiple gunshot wounds.
