Visalia Police arrest man suspected of burglarizing cars while people shop

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities say they have caught a burglar who was stealing from cars while people shopped.

Visalia Police arrested Leonard Watson today after getting reports of a suspicious person at Kohl's on Mooney Boulevard. They say the 39-year-old had some burglary tools with him, as well as items stolen from two vehicles at Walmart Saturday morning.

He was booked into jail on multiple charges.
