Visalia man suffers gunshot to the chest

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia police are continuing to investigate a shooting that left one man with a gunshot to the chest. It happened Thursday afternoon on Vine Avenue near Jacob Court.

The male victim was rushed to the hospital and taken to surgery. Detectives blocked off traffic on Vine Avenue looking for evidence outside of the home. Investigators hope information they collect will help them find a suspect.
