Burglar smashes restaurant window with rock, covers face after discovering he is on camera
The man scopes out a fast food restaurant on Richmond Avenue. When the coast is clear, he smashes the front door with a large rock. He clearly did not realize that the cameras could capture his face outside of the restaurant, because after handling the broken glass, he covers his face with a rag.
