Police investigate a stabbing incident in East Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police say they responded to a stabbing, just after 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, at McKinley and Winery Avenues.

The victim told police he was stabbed at a shopping center on McKinley and Chestnut avenues.

They say the victim is stable condition. Police say the stabbing appears to be a gang motivated assault.
