Police investigating shooting at Central Fresno gas station that leaves 2 injured

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A police investigation is underway after an early morning shooting. It happened just before three Friday morning at an Arco Gas Station on Blackstone and Dakota in Central Fresno when officers nearby heard four to five gunshots in the area.

Authorities said the men were standing and talking at the gas station when they were shot. Within minutes the two men were dropped off at Community Regional Medical Center. Both had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

It's not known if the suspect was in a vehicle or on foot.

Officers are now interviewing other witnesses at the scene. The victims' wounds are not life-threatening and both are expected to make a full recovery but police say they are being uncooperative with the investigation.
