When you think you don't have time to workout, a 30-minute routine is perfect. A short burst of exercise can really get your metabolism fired up and help tone muscles.

You don't have to exercise for a long time to get in a good workout.

When you think you don't have time to workout, a 30-minute routine is perfect. A short burst of exercise can really get your metabolism fired up and help tone muscles.

Your routine should include different components, such as resistance training, and cardio training. Changing up your workouts daily makes it fresh and fun.

For resistance training, try to think about six foundation exercises. The exercises should focus on the areas that most concern you. Make it a well-rounded full body workout.

Be sure to multi-task, and work several body parts at one time. Using the upper body and lower body in one exercise movement is a powerful way to get the heart pumping.

We will demonstrate a fitness blitz on the thighs and arms. I like using squats and kicks to focus on my buns and the back of my arms.

Keep the intensity up and you will keep your body fat down.
