The Central Valley manhunt is now over. Authorities believe 42-year-old Jorge Gracia is the serial shooter.

Investigators say he now faces five counts of assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly shooting at 10 vehicles late last year.

"I was scared to drive around," said neighbor.

A woman who did not want to go on camera says sheriff's deputies came to her house on Tuesday. It was then she learned the person believed to be responsible for the random shootings was her neighbor.

"They showed me a picture of his truck. They asked me if I knew it and I said yes, it was my back door neighbor and then they showed me a picture of him and I said yeah that the guy that drives it. I was just shocked," said neighbor.

She is relieved to know the possible gunman is in custody.
