Mobile boutique delights Valley shoppers

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- If you love wine and shopping, one Central Valley event had you covered Saturday.

Rack and Rosé is Fresno's first mobile mall. It was hosted by mobile boutique Dear Danger and Engelmann Cellars. People had the opportunity to shop at different fashion trucks from all over the state and taste six different wines.

The organizer says this was a collaboration of supporting small businesses.

"For instance, I had one gal whose jewelry I carry in my store, so I called her and said why don't you pop up at my event," Lindsay Danger said. "And so I gave her back all of her jewelry to sell at the event today and after it's over I'm going to put it back in the truck."

Organizers said they are in the process of planning similar events at other wineries in the Central Valley.
