City leaders break ground on new Downtown Fresno park
Friday afternoon, the mayor and other city leaders broke ground on a new cultural arts district park.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- There are plans for a new park in Downtown Fresno.

Friday afternoon, the mayor and other city leaders broke ground on a new cultural arts district park.

It will be located at the corner of Fulton and Calaveras Avenues.

State grants helped cover the more than $1 million cost for the project.
