Downtown Fresno preps for Grizzly Fest
The event is expected to draw more than 10,000 people to hear a wide-variety of performers.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A huge music festival is making a return to Fresno.

Grizzly Fest 2016 get's underway Saturday at Chukchansi Park in Downtown Fresno. The event is expected to draw more than 10,000 people to hear a wide variety of performers.

Artists like Slightly Stoopid, Strangevine and Fresno-native Fashawn will perform.

"People you'd probably never expect to be here that's why I'm glad I'm able to do music it attracts all ages all ethnicities and all demographics," Fashawn said.

All your favorite food trucks will be there as well.

Grizzly Fest takes place Saturday from 3 p.m. to midnight.

Tickets are $35 but are free for Fresno State students and alumni.
