Fresno police take kids on trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police took kids from West Fresno Boys and Girls Club, West Fresno Elementary, and the Sunset Community Center to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

It was the first time to the aquarium for many, and the first time seeing the ocean for others. The trip was paid for the Police Activities League, Google and McDonald's.

The officers say this is one of many events the Southwest Policing District has planned for 2017.
