FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of people with a passion for things that go bump in the night are showing off their scary skills.

Zombies, vampires, and ghouls were among those at Hobb's Grove Sunday, hoping to join the Boo Crew and about 100 people showed up for the hiring fair. Staff members were looking for about a dozen actors and makeup artists to help make the haunt especially terrifying.

"Every year Hobb's Grove adds new tricks treats and surprises," Maverick Cadaverick with Hobb's Grove said. "Even I don't know what is going to transpire this Halloween season. So, there is always something new and exciting to see at Hobb's Grove."

Those hired will work in the Grove's Haunted Forest, haunted house or haunted hay ride.

Hobb's Grove will be open to the public Thursdays through Sundays from September 30 until October 30.
