Tower District Brewfest let guests get a taste of local hand crafted beer

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of people gathered in Fresno's Tower District Sunday to get a taste of hand crafted beer from across the state.

The "Tower District Brewfest" had more than 60 types of beers to choose from.

New this year local home brewers offered samples of their best creations.

For $35 people received a complimentary glass and tasting's at every booth.

Guests also got a free meal ticket to eat at a participating Tower restaurant.

All of the proceeds from today's event will go towards future Tower District projects.
